Our Produce
Wherever possible we will be using produce in season from the garden.
As holders of the Pembrokeshire Produce Mark we have made a commitment to use local producers and suppliers wherever possible.
- Our cheeses come from Pant Mawr Farm in Rosebush and our goat’s cheese from Pant Ysgawn Farm in Abergavenny
- Our ice cream is produced by Upton Farm in Pembrokeshire.
- We are committed to reducing our food miles and as such are supplied by Upton Farm Frozen Foods from Pembroke Dock who are supplying us with Welsh products where possible as are Celtic Foodservice who are based in Pembroke Dock.
- All of our cakes, apart from GF and Vegan, are baked in house.
