Are you an adult with a learning disability? Need help at Glangwili Hospital?
If yes, ask for a Learning Disability Pack to help you when you visit the Accident and Emergency (A&E) department in Glangwili Hospital.
Ask the person at the A&E desk for a pack when you arrive.
The pack includes:
• Easy Read information
• Pictures and symbols to help you understand
• Details about what will happen
• Information about the people who can help you
Parents, carers, or guardians of adults with learning disabilities can also ask for a pack at the reception desk.
We hope to make this pack available at all emergency departments following feedback from this pilot.
